One of our customers,Richard Blake,living in Nederlands but originally from South Africa,dropped by whilst over in the UK with his 2011 KTM 690 Enduro which he has recently built using our Rally Kit,and the Rally Graphics fitted.
He is running a Zumo GPS above the MD Roadbook we supplied,along with a lot of other parts,such as the Rally Engine Guard and Water Tank.
It’s nice to meet our customers and see their projects,and this one looked excellent,well done Richard.

We have just finished a Rallye Roadbook Kit to suit LC8 950/990 Adventures.
This kit will enable either TT,MD or F2R Roadbooks and ICO or IMO’s to be fitted to the bikes,with our Rallye screen,to make the bikes suitable for any roadbook rallies.
More parts will be developed soon for these models……….

We have just finished fitting one of our Rallye Lite Kits to a Gas-Gas 300 Enduro.This kit will fit all Gas-Gas Enduros,2 stroke and 4 stroke,from 2007 onwards.
The Rallye Lite kit is supplied as a seperate bolt on addition for anyone looking to do a roadbook event,and can be easily detached in minutes,ready to revert back to enduro trim.
Can be suppled with either F2R or MD electric roadbook,and is fitted with a single ICO VR trip unit,all neccesary wiring,including a pre-wired section to connect from the battery to the headstock,which can be left in place,with a blanking plug,when the kit is not fitted.

We have just developed a roadbook plate to suit our Rally Kit.This accepts an MD Roadbook,or F2R if required,with 2 ICO VR ,the KTM 690 R Speedo and Tony Schattatt’s new Billet CAP Repeater.It also has space for 4 toggle switches at the bottom.

We have just finished building a 690,with our Rallye Kit,and the new Rear Fuel Tank,for the Tuareg Rallye in 5 weeks time.
We will be sending a few Rear Tank Kits out soon for some serious off-road testing,before releasing them on our webshop for sale.

This week we have been busy making fabrication jigs,so that we can TIG weld together the laser-cut profiles to produce our own custom-designed Cockpit Support.
At present,we use the KTM item from 950/990 Adventure,but we decided to re-design this item to give the option of adding extra features,such as a Fuse Box and plastic Toolbox for the Rallye version.
It has been a tricky exercise,but well worth it in the long run

Here are some pics of a CRF450X,prepared by Martin Wittering of Torque Racing,utilising some of our products.We have modified slightly the Billet Roadbook Holder to fit the big Honda,and martin has certainly done a nice job on finishing the bike for the Tuareg Rallye in March

Gordon Macpherson,from Oxford,has been preparing his KTM 530 EXC for next year’s Tuareg Rallye using our new Billet Roadbook Mount.
This enables the standard KTM headlight mask to be retained in its original position,and is very simple,and quick,to fit.
Available now through webshop.CNC machined and anodised to fit to our Top Bar Clamp.

We have taken delivery of our first batch of F2R Electric Roadbooks.
These will be available ex-stock through our webshop,and we now have laser-cut aluminium plates to fit these new roadbooks with either single or twin ICO VR trips.
