EXC ICO Sensor Mount

We have just developed a stainless-steel bracket to mount the ICO sensor on the fork leg of an EXC,or Husaberg(any WP Fork).This allows the sensor head to pick up the signal from the OEM magnet in the disc,and removes the need to drill and tap the brake arm.

It has an extended face to protect the Sensor Head from damage.

KTM 690 Enduro R 2012 arrived

We now have one of the new 2012 models,which we have been looking over for changes from last years model.The main visible changes are as follows:
1.Lower suspension front & rear(same as previous E models)
2.E style headlight mask,headlight & clocks.
3.Re-styled side panels,but using the same fixing points as previous.
4.Oil feed take off from right-hand oil filter cover,connecting to an oil pressure switch behind the side panel.
5.Ignition coil re-positioned lower on frame.
6.White rear fender.
7.New graphics.
8.New handguards.

Although KTM brand it as an R model,it is quite definitely a re-brand of the old E model……..such a shame.
We will be building this one up this week to check all our products fit,and will announce any further changes if we find them.

Intercontinental Rally 2012

One of our original customers,Filip Weber,from Czech Republic,was on the recent Intercontinental Rally to Dakar.
He obviously had a great time on his Rally-Raid Products kitted KTM 690 Enduro,apart from a big “off”,but managed to finish OK.

Ace Cafe Adventure Show

We will be going down to North London this weekend for the one-day Adventure Show at the world famous Ace Cafe.
Last year’s event was great,even though it was freezing weather all day,we had a lot of interest,and will be showing one of our new White Adventure KTM 690 kits,and also our new project,which is the Triumph XC800.
We have done several Rally-Raid parts for the bike in the short time we have had it.Mainly,a detachable rear fuel cell(7 litres) with luggage rack,soft luggage panniers and a large aluminium rally engine guard.
Hope to see any UK customers there this weekend……

Toby and Jago were with us in Morocco last October for some dune training and shakedown tests with their 450 KTM’s,prepped by Patsy Quick at Team Desert Rose in the UK.
