Billet Sprocket Guard

Protect your hydraulic clutch slave cylinder with our unique Billet Aluminium, CNC machined anodised replacement for the OEM plastic unit.

Also gives better access for clearing sprocket of debris. It comes fitted with an integral OEM upper chain slider, to guide chain and prevent damage to upper frame mount when on full suspension compression.

Fuel Tank Kit

Increase the range of your standard bike, for Race or Road, by fitting these 2 high-quality moulded plastic tanks, complete with Billet threaded fillers, to accept Acerbis caps.

Each one fits snugly behind existing side-panels to give over 9 litres combined extra capacity.

Billet Filler Adaptor

Our Billet Aluminium CNC machined & anodised threaded adaptor is designed to replace the stock Locking Plastic Filler Cover, with no modifications.

Designed to accept Acerbis moulded Cap (can be ordered separately) and accepts OEM ‘O’ ring on underside.

Engine Guard

4mm HE30 aluminium laser-cut guard, incorporating an extended rear brake cylinder protection with stylish design.

The wrap-round design offers maximum protection to the engine and allows room for tool storage or the fitting of our custom moulded water/fuel container.

Rally / Adventure Kit Fairing

Our uniquely desined new kits transform your standard KTM 690 Enduro or Enduro ‘R’ into one capable of experiencing competitive rallying, or overland adventure.

These kits offer more protection from the elements, with minimal modifications to the standard machine, giving the versatility of being able to have the option to race, rally or overland and still revert back back to the standard bike when not required.

LC4 Rear Wheel Adaptor Kit

Simple CNC-machined and anodised aluminium adaptors, complete with longer disc bolts that enable the fitment of the 690 sprocket carrier to the older LC4 rear wheel hub.

Billet Bar Risers

These Billet Aluminium, CNC machined and anodised units increase the height of the standard bars by 17mm for a more relaxed, upright riding position, ideal for long days with maximum comfort.

The one-piece Top Clamp gives more rigidity than OEM unit, and comes with 4 off M6 threaded holes to mounting auxillary equipment.
