Rally / Adventure kits
Our uniquely desined new kits transform your standard KTM 690 Enduro or Enduro ‘R’ into one capable of experiencing competitive rallying, or overland adventure. These kits offer more protection from the elements, with minimal modifications to the standard machine, giving the versatility of being able to have the option to race, rally or overland and still revert back back to the standard bike when not required.
Maximum choice with minimal costs.
Our kits can be ordered as single items, such as tanks, fairings, guards, etc., or as complete kits, with all necessary fixings and fittings to make sure all changes are as simple as possible, with the minimum of tools.
In the unfortunate event of off-road accident or damage, all Rally Kit parts can be ordered individually for regular re-builds, ensuring you stay on the track at all times. We also aim to attend events throughout the season at home and abroad, with several team riders, and will offer support and spares for those riders attending events.
Our fairings kits can be supplied with high-quality, durable vinyl graphics to blend with existing KTM colours, and we can also supply customised graphics to suit your Team/Sponsor if required. The Adventure Kit fairing is supplied with the tried and tested KTM 990 front panel and tinted screen, incorporating a high-output OEM headlight, fully road-legal and available in right or left-hand drive specification. The unique fairing sides are moulded in high-quality GRP with indicator mountings and blend nicely to the moulded plastic side tanks. The OEM 990 plastic dashboard will accept the KTM 690 Enduro, either E or R model speedometer, and is a useful mount for auxillary items.
The Rally Kit fairing can be supplied with either the KTM 990 front panel, complete with OEM headlight, or our moulded GRP solid one-piece front panel. This allows customers to fit their own choice of lighting to suit their Rally needs.
Both kits are supplied with all relevant OEM electrical connectors, and require no cutting of the original wiring system. The fairings are securely mounted on our CNC machined aircraft-spec alloy anodised frame that uses existing KTM mounting points, and requires no machining, drilling or welding to mount on the bike.
All Rally Kits come with a lightweight aluminium alloy Roadbook Holder, to accept either MD or Touratech roadbooks, and twin ICO’s, with full adjustment for rider comfort. There is also an integral 8-way blade fuse holder for the connection of ancillary navigation equipment.
There is the facility on the roadbook mount to accept the standard KTM 690 ‘R’ speedometer, so that it is readily visible alongside all the navigation equipment. All bolts and fastners are OEM supplied, to give your kit a “factory” finish and ensure a quality fit to your bike.
